Според податоците на Државниот завод за статистика, индексот на трошоците на животот, мерен преку цените на стоките и на услугите за лична потрошувачка, во јуни 2013, во однос на мај 2013, изнесува 100.3, а во однос
на јуни 2012 изнесува 104.2. Анализирано по главни групи, според намената на потрошувачката, во јуни 2013, во однос на мај 2013, пораст на индексите е забележан во групите: Комуникации за 1.4%, Транспорт и Рекреација и култура за 0.7%, Храна и безалкохолни пијалаци за 0.5%, Облека и обувки за 0.2% и Алкохолни пијалаци, тутун за 0.1%. Намалување на индексите на трошоците на животот е забележано во групите: Ресторани и хотели за 0.9%, Останати стоки и услуги за 0.3% и Мебел, покуќнина и одржување на покуќнина за 0.2%. На ниво од претходниот месец останаа индексите на групите: Домување, вода, електрика, гас и др. горива, Здравје и Образование.

The UN Commission on the status of women, has released the Report on the fifty seventh session realized in the period between 4th until 15th March 2013. The report covers the following issues: Matters calling for action by the Economic and Social Council or brought to its attention; Follow-up to the Fourth World Conference on Women and to the twenty-third special session of the General Assembly, entitled “Women 2000: gender equality, development and peace for the twenty-first century” and other issues.

After falling sharply in 2010, health spending remained flat across OECD countries in 2011 as the economic crisis continued to have an impact, particularly in those European countries hardest hit by the crisis, according to OECD Health Data 2013.
While health spending grew on average by close to 5% year-on-year from 2000 to 2009, this has since been followed by a sluggish growth of around 0.5% in 2010 and 2011. Current expenditure on health (i.e., excluding capital expenditure) grew by 0.7% in both years. Preliminary figures for some countries suggest a continuation of this trend in 2012.
