Законската дефиниција за јавен долг се менува. Се стеснува опфатот на субјекти чии долгови во иднина ќе се пресметуваат како јавен долг. Собранието по скратена постапка ги прифати законските измени предложени од Владата, па така во иднина долговите на НБРМ, на општините, на јавните претпријатија и на трговските друштва во сопственост на државата или општините, за кои државата не дала гаранција, нема да влегуваат во пресметките за висината на јавниот долг.
„Во рамките на практичната примената на законот се покажа дека долгот на НБРМ како дел од опфатот на долгот само за статистички цели, креира одредени забуни во информирањето на податоците на долгот“, стои во образложението на предлог-промените.
Analysis of the Report of the UN Secretary General

The Secretary General’s report for the session of the Commission on the Status of Women to take place in March 2015 reviews the functioning of the Commission’s methods of work in the light of experience gained, and makes recommendations for consideration by the Commission with a view to further enhancing the impact of its work.
Recommendations:
- More interaction with other commissions
The report recommends that CSW interacts more with other ECOSOC commissions in order to get gender mainstreaming accepted everywhere in the UN system. And many commissions are relevant to the work of CSW, for instance the Commission on Population and Development, the Commission on Science and Technology for Development, the Commission for Social Development, the Commission on Sustainable Development, the Statistical Commission and the Commission on Crime and Crime prevention. The report also recommends that CSW works more closely with CEDAW.

Despite improvements in the lives of millions of people around the world, the United Nations today reported that persistent gaps between promises made and those delivered by developed countries are holding back greater progress on reaching the eight anti-poverty targets known as the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) by the end of 2015.
“I call on all Governments and international institutions to continue strengthening the global partnership for development so that we can usher in a more sustainable future,” Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said on the launch of the new report.
He urged leaders and citizens to “boldly step forward” to eradicate poverty, raise living standards and sustain the environment.
Strasbourg. 17.09.2014 - The international conference Safe from Fear, Safe from Violence: Celebrating the entry into force of the Istanbul Convention (Rome, Friday 19th September, 10 am, Aula Gruppi parlamentari, via Campo di Marzio, 78), is an event co-organised by the Italian Chamber of Deputies, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation and the Council of Europe.
The conference will be opened by the President of the Italian Chamber of Deputies, Laura Boldrini, together with Council of Europe Deputy Secretary General Gabriella Battaini Dragoni, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Anne Brasseur and Italian Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Benedetto Della Vedova. Gabriella Battaini Dragoni and Italian Minister of Justice, Andrea Orlando will close the last session.
The Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (CETS n° 210) is the first legally binding international instrument for the creation of a legal framework protection against all forms of gender-based violence. The Convention, which entered into force on 1st August 2014, has currently been ratified by 14 member states of the Council of Europe and another 22 States have signed it.
