Goran Mojanoski

He was born in 1989. He is an economist by profession. In 2012, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Skopje, and in 2017, he received his master's degree at the same faculty in statistical methods for business and economics. Today, Goran is a doctoral student at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje. Currently, he works as an associate in the Ministry of Finance. He started his professional career at the Faculty of Economics, where he taught Statistics for Business and Economics to first-year students. He also worked as the manager of an entrepreneurial project in the civil organization Summer Work and Travel Alumni Macedonia, which resulted in the realization of a Macedonian local freelance platform (2014 - 2015). In the period from 2015 to 2018, he works as a project coordinator in the Association of Young Researchers and Analysts, where he investigates current issues in the field of Direct Foreign Investments and their impact on the Macedonian economy and issues in the field of Infrastructural Development and the technical and technological equipment of primary schools in Macedonia. In addition to formal education, he has a series of certificates for professional development, as well as attended trainings for the acquisition of qualifications in the field of investment consulting, speaking and public speaking, business plan preparation, mentoring, and fundraising.

Marija Todorovska

Marija graduated from the Faculty of Economics and received a master's degree in social work and social policy in 2014 on labor exploitation, identification, and protection of trafficked persons. She is one of the founders of the Open Gate Association and has been professionally engaged since 2000. It is primarily involved in prevention and education about human rights and the prevention of human trafficking. Since 2010, she has been the program director, responsible for coordination, monitoring, cooperation, and development of the association's programs for advocacy and lobbying, prevention, education, and direct support of victims of human trafficking. She is actively involved in the work of La Strada - the European network against human trafficking, and from 2014 to 2018, she is a member of the management board. Marija also participates in the work of the Secretariat of the National Commission for Combating Human Trafficking, the National Subgroup for the Prevention of Child Trafficking, as well as other working bodies for building strategies, action plans, and legal solutions. She is the author and co-author of several publications, consultant, national expert, and trainer on topics in the field of protection and promotion of the rights of trafficked persons.

Cena Chalovska

She was born in 1962. She is a graduate teacher by profession. She began her professional career in 1988 when she was employed at the Ministry of Internal Affairs as an inspector for juvenile delinquency and sociopathological phenomena. Since 1995, she has been actively involved in the non-governmental sector in the field of protection of child victims and women victims of domestic violence. As a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and an activist in the non-governmental sector, she participated in a large number of trainings, workshops, and seminars on the prevention of domestic violence and the protection of women victims of domestic violence. She participated as member president in several working groups for preparing and implementing strategies, draft laws, protocols, and regulations for the protection of victims of domestic violence at the national level from 2008 to 2020. She was involved in the education of police officers from the departments of internal affairs and visitors to ASJO – Pavel Shatev, Skopje, in relation to handling domestic violence cases.

Sead Ismail

He was born in 1980. He graduated from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality at the University of Bitola. He is a long-term advocate of the rights of the Roma community in Shuto Orizari through his work engagement in the LGU, as well as his contribution to the work of the civil sector in the municipality. Since 2009, he has been the President of the Council and a member of the working groups in the municipality's composition. Sead is a long-time activist of the Red Cross, and since 2020, he has been actively contributing to the development and work of the Association for the Development and Advancement of the Romano Chachipe Community as the President and member of the Management Board of the organization.

Mihajlo Kostovski

Mihajlo Kostovski, M.Sc., consultant for the protection of human rights in the field of health and social insurance, with the main focus on the protection of representatives of marginalized groups of Roma, persons with disabilities, children and the elderly, persons who are in penal-correctional facilities and others. He has a master's degree in European social security at the Faculty of Law of the prestigious "Katholieke University - Leuven" in Belgium. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje. In addition to formal education, he has several certificates for professional development. In his career, he has worked as an Assistant Director of the Health Insurance Fund, a State Counselor for International Cooperation and European Integration, a Counselor for conducting secondary proceedings in the Ministry of Health, and others. He has worked on many important national and international projects. Long-term active member of the state delegation for negotiations on concluding international bilateral health insurance agreements with other countries, etc. He participated in the preparation of several strategic documents of the state (national strategies, action plans, protocols, reports, project evaluation, etc.) in the area in which he provides consulting services. He cooperates with several non-governmental organizations in his specialty field. He is a long-term trainer for the basic knowledge of health insurance and health care rights, especially in training paralegals-mediators from the ranks of the Roma community.
